Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment via the courier's website.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your shipment to be reflected in the courier's tracking system.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify, add, or remove items from it. However, if an error was made during the ordering process and the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Our team will do their best to assist you.

To expedite your inquiry, kindly include your order number when reaching out. You can find this number in the order confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.

Do you have a physical store where I can purchase products?

At this time, we do not have a physical store open to the public. However, we invite you to visit our online store to browse and purchase any products you may be interested in.

How do I return a product?

To return an item, it must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. The product should be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
